增强党章意识 坚持固本强基——兼谈高校党的先进性建设

摘　　要：党章是立党管党治党的总章程,是党组织和党员的行为规范,是中国共产党保持先进性的制度保障。高校中的共产党员更应该系统地、深刻地、全面地学习领会、熟知熟记党章的基本内容,不断加深对党的性质、宗旨、路线的理解,扎扎实实地按照党章的要求推进高校党的先进性建设;用实实在在的行动实现理想信念,努力提高能力素质,强化宗旨意识、群众意识和服务意识。在改革开放的社会主义市场经济条件下,尤其必须强调遵守党的纪律问题,共产党员只有把自己置于党的纪律约束之下,才能使自己沿着正确的道路前进,成为一名名副其实的合格的共产党员。The party constitution is the general rule managing and controlling party members, and it is the behavioral norm of the party and all the party members. The party constitution is also the system safeguard to keep the Communist Party＇ s advanced character. Thus the party members in universities and colleges must systematically, wholly and profoundly study and understand the contents of the party constitution, constantly deepening the understanding of the party＇s character, tenet and policy; carrying out the ideal and tenet with specific activities, enhancing party members＇ ability and quality and strengthening tenet awareness, mass awareness and service awareness. Under the condition of the socialist market economy, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of abiding by the party＇s discipline. Only the party member is subject to the constraint of the party＇ sdiscipline, can he or she march on along the right way and become a qualified party member.
