摘 要:核酸疫苗(DNA疫苗)是20世纪90年代发展起来的一种新型疫苗。核酸疫苗不仅可引起体液免疫反应,而且能诱导高水平的细胞免疫应答,尤其是细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTL)反应,被认为在病毒、细菌、寄生虫等病原体感染的防治中具有更大的优势。核酸疫苗既可作为病毒、细菌或寄生虫的预防疫苗,也可作为非感染性疾病如肿瘤病的治疗用疫苗。Nucleic acid vaccine (DNA vaccine) has been a new vaccine since 1990s. The nucleic acid vaccine not only causes the immtme response of body fluid but also leads the highlevel cell immune to reply,cytotoxic T lymhocyte react especially. It has heavy advantage in the preventionand cure of the infection with virus,bacterium,parasite, etc. The nucleic acid vaccine is as a new biotechnology of developing in recent years,has already become one of the focuses of the vaccine research field,and get fast development. The nucleic acid vaccine can be regarded as the prevention vaccine of the virus,bacterium or parasite and as treatment vaccine of infectious diseaseand non-infectious disease.
