摘 要:细胞周期调控研究已成为当前生物学领域的一大热门课题,对哺乳动物和酵母细胞周期调控的研究已经非常深入且日臻成熟;植物细胞周期调控研究起步相对较晚但近些年来在该领域也取得了很大的进展。CDC48是真核生物中普遍存在的一个重要的细胞周期调节基因,其蛋白产物CDC48也是研究较为成熟的一个周期蛋白,国外生物学者对该基因已经开展多年研究,而国内尚未见任何报道。主要论述近几年来有关真核生物酵母、哺乳动物和植物CDC48的研究现状及发展趋势。The regulation of cell cycle in eukaryote is an important research field in cell biology. Cell cycle control is considered essential for normal growth, development and differentiation. Researches on mammalian and yeast have been well-developod, in contrast, the current understanding of the mechanism in plants is rather limited, CDC48 is a key regulator of the cell cycle and a member of the AAA (ATPase associated with various cellular activities)ATPase family, which has been shown to participate in numerous cellular functions including homotypic fusion of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and Golgi membranes, endoplasmic reticulum-associated protein degradation, spindle disassembly at the end of mitosis and cell cycle progression. We aim, in this review, to highlight recent advances in the study of yeast CDC48, the mammalian homologue p97 and plant homologue, and the modulation of CDC48 activity, Further structural and functional information is essential to elucidate all of CDC48 functions in cellular activities, moreover, such an understanding will help us appreciate evolutionary conservation of cell cycle regulation mechanism in plants, yeasts and animals.
