山东省威海市居民伤害负担的现况

摘　　要：目的了解威海市居民伤害发生现状及其所造成的损失。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对8600户居民家庭前一年发生伤害的情况及其经济负担进行回顾性问卷调查。结果共有390人418人次遭遇过伤害,伤害发生率总体为19.12‰。主要的伤害类型分别是交通事故、碰撞伤和跌落伤。所有伤害的患者人均卧床休息天数为24.77d,人均休工休学天数为55.98d,人均日常活动受限制天数为33.27d,人均住院天数为8.47d,人均门诊医疗费用为2343元,人均住院医疗费用为2709元。全市因伤害导致的经济损失约3.185亿元。结论伤害给居民的健康造成较大威胁,并导致了严重的社会和家庭经济负担,应采取针对性措施预防控制伤害的发生。Objective To make clear the burden of traumatic injury in residents of Weihai. Method By stratified cluster sampling method, a retrospective questionnaire survey was conducted on the traumatic injurieS, and economic costs of 8,600 households in the last year. Results In this survey, a total of 418 cases including 390 persons occurred traumatic injury, and the incidence was 19.06‰. The most frequent traumatic injury types were traffic accidents, collision and falling. As to all the cases, the days being limited in bed were 24.77 per case, the days for rest were 55.98 per case, the days being impaired movement were 33.27 per case, clinical cost was ￥ 2,343 per case, and the cost for hospitalization was ￥ 2,709 per case. Economic loss caused by traumatic injury in Weihai City in the last year was 3. 185 hundred million Yuan（RMB）. Conclusions Traumatic injury caused a heavy burden on rural and urban residents in Weihai. We should take countermeasures to prevent and control traumatic injuries.
