摘 要:冷却塔运行的气温条件大部分时间低于设计湿球温度,采用单速电机运行不经济,采用变频电机设备费用较高,为解决这些问题,开发了适合冷却塔应用的变扭矩变极电机。对4台标称流量3 500 m3/h的冷却塔,分别采用单速电机和变扭矩变极电机,在北京市气象条件下全年运行耗电量的统计表明,采用变扭矩变极电机全年可节电1 584 591度,节电率达59%。As the temperature condition for operation of cooling tower was lower than the design wet-bulb temperature most of the time, it was uneconomical to use single-speed motor, and the use of inverter-fed motor also cost higher. In order to solve those problems, changeable torque variable pole motor which was suitable for use in cooling tower was developed. Chose 4 cooling towers with 3 500 m^3/h of nominal flow to use single-speed motor and changeable torque variable pole motor respectively, the statistic of the electricity consumption for year round operation under the microlimate condition of Beijing showed that, using changeable torque variable pole motor could save electricity 1 584 591 kW. h per year. the nower-savin rate reached 59%.
