摘　　要：财政部门预算中,由于业务对象类型变化、格式变化频繁,使得部门预算功能要求随需而变。用层次化的引擎和服务架构的方法,对灵活多样的动态报表技术进行研究。The functions of the financial department budget must vary with its requirements because of the constant changes of the type of the customers and forms of the report. In the thesis we＇ll discuss the technology of the flexible and variable dynamic report based on the lairized engines and services Architecture.
