港口城市现代物流产业发展的理论研究——以青岛港口城市为例

摘　　要：现代物流是在网络信息技术条件支持之下,有形物品从产出源地到最终消费地的流动仓储活动,现代物流产业是一种技术密集的新型服务行业.港口城市拥有现代物流产业发展的诸多优势,探索港口城市现代物流产业发展的若干理论问题,把握港口城市现代物流产业发展的内在机理,对于特定港口城市现代物流产业的规划与发展具有重要的指导意义.文章首先分析了现代物流产业的衍生过程、内部结构和产业特点,而后分析了港口城市现代物流产业发展的条件和特征,最后,结合青岛实际提出了青岛港口城市现代物流产业发展的方向及对策.Logistics is an integrated flow of goods from the producing site to the consuming site, which is supported by the information technology, and the logistics industry is a technique - intensified service industry. The coastal harbors have a lot of advantages for the development of logistics industry. The exploration of theories about the logistics industry development in the coastal harbors is of realistically guiding importance to the logistics industry developement of the specific harbor. The article first analyses the logistics industry＇s evolution process, internal structure, and industrial characters. Then it analyses the prerequistes and the present characters of logistics industry development in coastal harbors. Finally, the countermeasures of the logistics industry development of Qingdao harbor are put forward.
