不育男性精浆IL－8水平的研究

摘　　要：本研究用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测７２例不育男性和２０例正常对照精浆白介素８（ＩＬ－８）水平。不育组中白细胞精子组明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），非白细胞精子组精液中白细胞数与精浆ＩＬ－８呈正相关。（ｒ＝０．８８３，Ｐ＜０．００１）。且治疗前后精浆ＩＬ－８浓度有明显差别．并与白细胞数下降呈同步．ＩＬ－８是反映生殖系统感染的诊断及疗效判断的良好指标．By using double antibodies sandwich ELISA, Interleukin-8 concentrations in seminal fluids of 72 infertiles and 20 normal men were detected. The results revealed that IL-8 levels of infertiles, especially those of the WBC (White Blood Cell) group were obviously higher than those in normal group(P<0.001) None-WBC group and contrast group had no statistical significance(p>0.05). WBC numbers in semen of WBC group was positively correlated with IL-8 level. Moreover a singilicant difference was seen in IL-8 level in semen before and after treatments. It came down simultaneously with WBC numbers. Semen IL-8 level is a good index of diagnosis of reproductive system's infection and treatment effect review
