宁夏相对资源承载力与可持续发展研究

摘　　要：本文运用相对资源承载力的研究方法,且对原方法进行改进创新,以全国为参照区,将宁夏及有关地区值折合成统一的标准值,对①1995-2004宁夏十年间的相对资源承载力,②2004年宁夏与西北其它省区的相对资源承载力,③2004年宁夏各市县的相对资源承载力进行对比分析。结果表明:①十年来宁夏的综合承载力虽在不断提高,但仍然处于超载状态;②宁夏的综合承载力与西北其它省区相比基本处于中等水平;③宁夏各市县之间的综合承载力存在着很大差异,北部各市县的综合承载力高于中南部;④宁夏耕地资源承载力有一定富余,但农用地资源承载力和经济资源承载力严重超载。因此,要实现宁夏的可持续发展,必须优化农业结构和经济结构,大力发展草畜等特色优势农业,加快工业化、城镇化步伐,促进城乡间、地区间农村人口的转移。This research applied and reformed the theory and method of the relative carrying capacity of resources. Taking China as a comparison region, different values of Ningxia were converted into normal value. By comparing Othe relative carrying capacity of resources of Ningxia from 1995 to 2004;（2）the relative carrying capacity of resources of Ningxia and the other provinces in the northwest of China＇in 2004;（1）the relative carrying capacity of resources of the cities and counties in Ningxia in 2004. Thug conclusions were drawn：ODuring the ten years,the synthetic carrying capacity of Ningxia was increasing, but it was still over-loading; （2）Compared with the other provinces, the synthetic carrying capacity of Ningxia was in the moderate level; （3）The synthetic carrying capacity was different among the cities and countries in Ningxia, and the synthetic carrying capacity of the north was higher than that of the middle of the south. （4）The cultivated land resources was abundant, but the agricultural land resources and the economic resources were over-loading heavily in Ningxia. So it was necessary to optimize the agricultural and economic framework, developed characteristic and preponderant agriculture, quickened the gteps of urbanization and industrialization,accelerated the transfer of the rural population between cities and countries.
