鸦胆子与补骨脂治疗大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药鸦胆子和补骨脂对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎病鼠的治疗作用。方法用地塞米松皮下注射SD大鼠6周,建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型。用中药鸦胆子与补骨脂合剂治疗大鼠,设立1周治疗组、2周治疗组、阳性对照组1、阳性对照组2和健康对照组。观察大鼠体重、肺组织病理、肺印片中每视野虫体包囊均数及血液CD4+和CD8+T细胞、IFN-γ的动态变化。结果鸦胆子和补骨脂合剂治疗组大鼠体重回升,1周治疗组和2周治疗组体重回升率分别达到26.85%和31.77%;肺组织虫体包囊数目明显减少或消失,两个治疗组包囊减少率分别为94.44%和98.15%;血液CD4+、CD8+T细胞和IFN-γ水平较阳性对照组升高,其中CD4+T细胞和IFN-γ显著升高(P<0.05)。结论中药鸦胆子和补骨脂对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠有明显的治疗效果。Objective To explore and research the therapeutic efficacy of Brucea javanica and Fructus psoraleae on rats with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia （PcP）. Methods PcP animal models were established by hypodermic injection of dexamethasone in rats（2 mg per rat, 2 times a week for 6 weeks）. The model rats were treated with the mixture of Brucea javanica and Fructus psoraleae. 1 week treatment group, 2 weeks treatment group, positive control group 1, positive control group 2 and normal group were established. The efficacy was evaluated by the body weight, mean cyst number per field in lung smear slice and the changes of CD4^＋ T cells, CD8^＋ T cells and IFN-γ in the blood. Results The body weight of the rats treated with Brucea javanica and Fructus psoraleae increased, the index increased 26.85 % in the 1 week treatment group and 31.77% in the 2 weeks treatment group; the number of cysts in lung smear slice reduced obviously, the reduction rate of cysts was 94.44% and 98.15% respectively in the two treatment group. The CD4^＋ T cells and IFN- γ in the blood increased much more than the positive control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Brucea javanica and Fructus psoraleae on PcP is significant.
