黄芪扶正口服液的制备及质控方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪扶正口服液的制备及质量控制。方法含量测定用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为分析柱,乙腈-水(27:73)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为270nm。结果检测量在0.12～0.83μg范围内与峰面积具良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为100.2%,且重现性较好(RSD=1.9%)。结论检测方法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于黄芪扶正口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a method of preparation and quality control of Huangqifuzheng oral solution. Methods The content of Huangqifuzheng oral solution was determined by HPLC. C18 column was as analytical column,acetonitrile-water （27：73） was as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The linear range of Huangqifuzheng oral solution was 0.12-0.83 μg,r=0.999 1,The average recovery rate was 100.2%,RSD=1.9%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate, and reproductive, it can be used for quality control of Huangqifuzheng oral solution.
