摘　　要：目的观察乌司他丁、奥曲肽同时应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的效果。方法对183例SAP治疗效果进行分组比较。结果同时使用乌司他丁和奥曲肽的患者疗效好于单独用药者。结论乌司他丁与奥曲肽同时应用能减少SAP的死亡率,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生。Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin and octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 183 cases of SAP were divided into the groups and compared, Results Joint use of ulinastatin and octreotide had more effect than single use. Conclusion The simultaneous use of ulinastatin and octreotide can reduce the mortality rate of severe acute pancreatitis, the length of hospital stays and complications,
