摘  要:银杏叶提取物是从银杏叶中提取的复方组分,其组分中含多种化学单体,这些成分可在神经及心血管系统等部位发挥一定的调节效应,具有改善神经及心血管系统疾病的作用。银杏叶提取物是目前许多国家常用的神经及心血管疾病治疗药物,同时也是在国际上得到认可的中药之一,这主要得益于药物严格的质控及深入的机制研究。本文选取银杏叶提取物这一传统中药,介绍其对神经及心血管系统调节作用的分子机制,初步反映目前国际化中药的研究状况。Ginkgo biloba leaf extract contains complex constituents extracted from Ginkgo biloba leaves, which contain multiple chemical monomers. These constituents can interact with nervous and cardiovascular system to bring regulatory effect into full play, and improve nervous and cardiovascular system diseases. Ginkgo biloba leaf extract is widely used for curing nervous and cardiovascular diseases in many countries currently, and is one of traditional Chinese medicines accepted by the world, these are benefited from strict drug quality control and mechanism research in depth. In this review, the traditional Chinese medicine Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, and its molecular mechanisms of regulatory effect on nervous and cardiovascular systems are introduced, as a reflection of research status of internationalized traditional Chinese medicine currently.
