摘 要:选用了12种不同类型果袋对幸水梨进行套袋比较试验,结果表明:套袋后幸水梨果实的硬度、可滴定酸含量比对照显著增大;可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖含量以及单果重均显著降低,分别比对照平均降低8.47%,10.59%,20.85%;对还原型Vc含量影响显著,套袋果还原型Vc含量比对照增加10%-39.9%;套袋对果实光洁度和果点等外观品质明显改善。综合研究认为双层袋L2-1为幸水梨果实套袋处理的最佳选择。The comparative experiments of bagging were carried out with 12 types of fruit bags, and the results showed that after bagging, the hardness and titratable acid content of fruit significantly increased; the soluble solids and total soluble sugars of fruit and the fruit weight significantly decreased by 8.47%, 10.59% and 20.85% respectively; the vitamin C content of fruit increased 10% -39.9% ; and such appearance quality as fruit smoothness and fruit dots also obviously improved. The comprehensive evaluation showed that using the double-laver bag L2-1 was the best of all the bagging treatments.
