摘 要:PPVS-1A毒株和PRV-gE-毒株按一定的比例混合,在ST和BHK-21细胞上,分别测定PPV TCID50和PRV TCID50;接种3-4月龄的PPV、PRV抗体阴性猪,定期采血,分别测定PPV、PRV抗体,结果表明:二者在细胞上无明显干扰现象,具有较好的相容性;免疫猪体,能产生良好的抗体反应,无明显的免疫干扰现象。The PPVs-1 A strain and PRV-gE- strain were mixed in a certain proportion. The mixture was applied to the ST cells and BHK-21 cells and the TCID50 of PPVs-1 A and PRV-gE^- was determined. The 3 4-month-old swine of PPV and PRV antibody negative were inoculated with PPV and PRV or their mixture, and after the inoculation the blood collection and the determination of PPV and PRV antibodies were carried out at regular intervals. The results showed that these two kinds ofviruses did not produce an obvious interference phenomenon on the cells and had a good compatibility. The swine vaccinated with the mixture could produce a good antibody response without significant immune interferences between the two kinds of viruses.
