摘  要:[目的]了解医院室内空气污染情况及消毒效果,探讨影响因素及更趋合理的监测方法。[方法]采用平板自然沉降法检测医院各种环境中的空气细菌总数,包括利用自然通风的普通病房、消毒科(病)室消毒后工作前及第2d工作3h以后的3种情况,检测在4、5、6月各进行1次。[结果]利用自然通风的普通病房,56%达同类环境空气消毒标准,消毒科(病)室消毒后73%达标。[结论]普通病房的空气微生物受不同季节自然通风状况的影响较大,医院各种环境中空气微生物动态监测应是防控医院感染不可缺失的部分,不同病室空气卫生状况有差异,以妇科最好(P﹤0.01),原因需进一步研究。[Objective] To know the state of indoor air pollution and disinfecting effect in the hospital, discuss the influencing factors and more rational monitoring means. [ Methods] Natural sinking method was adopted to detect the total amount of bacteria in the air in common wards with natural ventilation, disinfected rooms, and disinfected rooms used for 3 hours after working. The detection was carried out in April, May, June respectively. [Results] 56% of natural ventilation common wards reached the disinfecting standard for the air of congener conditions. After disinfecting, 73% of the disinfected rooms reached the standard. [ Conclusion ] In common wards, the influence to air microorganisms is quite different because of different natural ventilation condition in different seasons. It is necessary to take dynamic monitoring for the germ in the air of various enviromnent to prevent and control the hospital infection. The germ amount in air in different wards has significant differences. The gynecology ward is the most (P〈 0.01 ), but the reason still needs further study.
