成都市健康人群流脑A群和C群抗体水平监测及A+C群流脑疫苗免疫效果分析  

ANALYSIS ON MENINGITIDIS SEROGROUP A AND C ANTIBODY LEVELS AMONG HEALTH POPULATION AND ANTIBODY RESPONSE TO A AND C MENINGOCOCCAL POLYSACCHA-RIDE VACCINE AMONG 2 TO 15 YEAR-OLD PEOPLE IN CHENGDU CITY

摘　　要：[目的]本文调查了成都市部分健康人群A群和C群流脑的抗体水平,同时研究了2～15岁人群对A+C群流脑多糖疫苗接种1个月后的抗体免疫反应。[方法]采用ELISA法检测不同人群血清中的A群和C群流脑抗体。[结果]健康人群A群的抗体GMT及阳性率为5.76、69.05%,C群的抗体GMT及阳性率为1.942、5.36%。A+C群流脑多糖疫苗免疫后1个月,A群的抗体GMT及阳性率上升为15.10、100.00%,C群的抗体GMT及阳性率上升为18.57、97.92%。A群的MFC及免疫成功率为3.26、52.78%,C群的MFC及免疫成功率为6.53、79.86%。[讨论]健康人群的A群抗体水平高于C群,A+C群流脑多糖疫苗的C群免疫效果优于A群。有必要对成人进行流脑疫苗免疫。[Objective] To define the meningitidis serogroup A and C antibody levels and antibody response to A＋C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in Chengdu city in 2003. [Methods] The the seregroup - specific enzyme-linked immunization assay （ELISA） antibodies were measured in serum. The serum for antibody level test were collected in health population aged group to 2-5, 6-8, 12-15, 20- years old, and the sermm for antibody response test were collected in people aged group to 2-5, 6-8, 12-15 years old after 1 month vaccination. [Results] The geometric mean titer （GMT） and the antibody positive rate of meningitidis seregroup A were significant elevated from 1 ： 5.76 and 69.05% before vaccination, to 1 ： 15.10 and 100.00% after vaccination. The GMT and the positive rate of serogroup C antibody were also significant elevated from 1 ： 1.94 and 25.36%, to 1 ： 18.57 and 97.92%, after vaccination. The immune successfull rates of seregreup A and C vaccination were 52.78% and 79.86%. The means fold change （MFC） were 3.26 and 6.53, respectively. The results showed that the seregroup C antibody level was very low in health population before vaccination. [Conclusion] The seregoup C antibody level in health population is very low. The vaccination with serogroup A＋C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine are produced immune effectiveness in 2 to 15 years-old. We conclude that it＇ s nessery to vaccine adults against Neisseria meningitides.
