肺结核合并咯血的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：[目的]治疗和抢救肺结核合并咯血病人的生命。[方法]观察肺结核合并咯血病人的病因、临床症状、体征,抢救和治疗及细心、周到全方位的对病人进行护理和心理护理。[结果]约97%的肺结核合并咯血的病人得到了良好的救治,挽救了病人的生命,提高了肺结核合并咯血病人的救治率和肺结核的治愈率。[结论]应对肺结核合并咯血患者进行正确诊断及精心护理。[ Objective] To treat patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by hemoptysis and save their lives. [ Methods ] Careful and complete as well as psychological nursing were provided through observing the causes, clinical symptoms and figns of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by hemoptysis and through effective emergency treatment. [ Results] About 97% of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by hemoptysis were well saved and the salvage rate for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by hemoptysis as well as the cure rate for pulmonary tuberculosis increased remarkably. [Conclusion] We shoule provide accurate diagnosis and attentive nursing to the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by hemoptysis.
