摘　　要：针对大型复杂装备具有面向订单设计的离散制造驱动方式、单件/小批量、多品种大成套的生产组织方式等特征,通过采用分布式协同求解策略,利用MAS技术实现业务功能模块的分类和构造,提出了一种适合大型离散装备企业和支持企业集团化管理的动态可重构ERP框架结构.系统采用合同网和启发式规则相结合的协调机制解决模块间的动态调度和通信协调,实现了分布的和自下而上的求解过程.最后给出具体应用实例的体系结构和实现机制.Adopting the distributed-cooperative problem-solving strategy and MAS to implement classification and construction, the paper provides a framework of dynamic reconfigurable ERP to support the management conglomeration in large-scale discrete manufacture. The paper takes into account the main characteristics of large-scale complex equipment industries, such as the order-oriented discrete manufacturing driving mode and the single-assembly, small-batch and variety-kind production mode. Contract-Net protocol and heuristic dispatching rules are used in the dynamic scheduling and communication to realize the distributed and bottom-to-up decision -making process. Finally, the system framework and practical mechanism are provided.
