摘  要:合成并鉴定了一种新三氮烯试剂1-(4-安替比林)-3-(2-苯并噻唑)-三氮烯(ABTTA),研究了该试剂与Hg^2+的显色反应条件,并建立了一个测定汞的光度分析新方法。在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,试剂与汞在pH11.0Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中迅速生成褐色络合物,其最大吸收波长为480nm。在最佳实验条件下,体系在480nm处的表观摩尔吸光系数为5.46×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,25mL溶液中Hg^2+的质量在5.0~70.0μg范围内符合比尔定律。对20多种共存离子的影响进行试验,结果表明,大多数常见离子不干扰测定。本方法虽然灵敏度不高,但线性范围宽、选择性较好,用于环境水样中汞的测定,结果满意。The synthesis and characterization of a new triazene reagent, 1-(4-antipyrine)-3-(2-benzothihzolyl)-triazene(ABTTA) ,was studied along with the color reaction of ABTTA with Hg(Ⅱ) and a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of Hg(Ⅱ). A brown complex with the maximum absorption wavelength at 480nm was formed between ABTTA and Hg(Ⅱ) in NazB4OT-NaOH buffer at pH11. 0 and the presence of CTMAB. Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the method for the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) was 5.0-70.0 big/25 mL,and the apparent molar absortivity was 5.46 )〈 10^4 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The influence experiment of more than 20 kinds of ion indicated that most common ions did not interfere in the determination. What's more, the method is of excellent selectivity and wide linear range,although lack of serisitivity. It has been used for the determination(Ⅱ) of mercury(Ⅱ) in water with satisfactory results.
