摘  要:通过使用X-射线衍射(XRD)仪进行试样的相分析,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样进行形貌分析,研究钒钛生铁试样的结构对光谱分析结果的影响。找到了光谱分析结果不稳定的原因是由于铁水流动性差,渣铁不易分离,取样时铁水中渣在试样凝固过程中没有上浮形成夹渣,当试样进行光谱激发时造成异常放电。提出实际采样中相应的解决措施,保证了分析试样满足光谱分析的需要。By using X-ray diffractometer and scan electron microscope to analyse phase and morphology of sample respectively ,the influence of structure for vanadium titanium cast iron sample on the analytical results obtained by atomic emission spectrometry was studied. The reasons of unstable results were found. It could be explained as follows. In sampling, the slags were difficult to separate from iron owing to bad flowability of melten iron,so the slags in melten iron could not float up to the surface of melten iron to produce an inclusion during freezing process of sample. When the sample was excited spectroscopically,an abnormal dischange phenomenon occurred. In this paper,a correspondent solving measure for actual sampling has been put forword to enable sample to meet the requirement of spectral analysis.
