摘 要:目的:探讨愈糖舒康对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法:选用雄性Wistar大鼠,经腹腔一次性注射链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病模型鼠。实验分为4组(正常对照组、模型组、愈糖舒康小剂量治疗组、愈糖舒康大剂量治疗组)进行,每组10只,进行70d实验。实验中,记录大鼠的一般情况及生存情况等。每14d测1次空腹血糖。实验第70天测定坐骨神经传导速度。实验结束后,测定血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α水平。结果:与模型组相比,愈糖舒康大剂量治疗组、愈糖舒康小剂量治疗组在降低糖尿病大鼠的TXB2和升高6-Keto-PGF1α水平方面,均呈现出显著差异(P<0.05)。愈糖舒康大剂量治疗组能显著提高糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经传导速度(P<0.01),小剂量治疗组和模型组比较能提高大鼠坐骨神经传导速度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:愈糖舒康胶囊可能通过改善血小板功能状态和抗氧化损伤的作用,起到调节TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α的平衡协调关系,达到治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用。Objective: To study the effects of Yutangshukang on diabetic neuropathy in the STZ- induced rats. Methods: Diabetic models were made from male Wiatar rats which were injected STZ through the celio. The rats were divided into four groups: normal control group, the diabetes control group, the high - dose - treated group and the low - dose - treated group. There were ten rats in each group. The experiment lasted for ten weeks, during which the rats' behaviors and physical features were recorded. Every two weeks the rats' fasting glucose content was tested. In the tenth week, the sciatic nerve conductive velocity was examined. After the experiment, the TXB2 and 6 - Keto- PGF1α levels in plasma were observed. Results: There was a significant difference (P〈0.05) in reducing the TXB2 level and raising the 6 - Keto- PGF1α level between the high - and low - dose - treated group and the diabetes control group. In both the high - dose - treated group and low- dose- treated group, the sciatic nerve conductive vdocity was significantly high in comparison with that of the diabetes control group (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05 respectively). Conclusion: Yutangshukang may help balance the TXB2 and 6 - Keto- PGF1α levels by improving the functions of platelets and preventing the oxidated impairment, hence treating the diabetic neuropathy.
