创伤膏促进大鼠创面修复的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察创伤膏对大鼠创面修复的影响,初步探讨创伤膏促进创面修复机制。方法:将大鼠背部左右侧各切取直径2cm大小的皮肤,深及皮下筋膜、肌肉,造成创面模型。将大鼠随机分为3组,空白对照组、龙珠软膏组、创伤膏组。进行形态学观察,创面面积测量,组织学观察(光镜和透射电镜)及创面分泌物细菌培养。结果:创伤膏明显促进创面愈合,防止瘢痕孪缩硬化及过度增生。结论:创伤膏对创面修复有一定的疗效。Objective： To approach the repair mechanism of wound ointment to facilitate the raw surface by observing the effect of wound ointment on restoration the raw surface of rats, Method： the wound model was found as follow： 2cm raw surface were cut in right and left on rats back and deep to superficial fascia. Rats were randomly allocated to three groups as follows： control, Japanese tubocapsicum dragonpearl herb ointment and wound ointment. The morphology, raw surface areas, histology and bacterial culture in raw surface excretion were observed. Result： wound ointments have the function to facilitate the recovery of raw surface, prevent sclerization and spasm of the cicatricle. Conclusion： wound ointments have the effect to recovery the raw surface.
