摘  要:目的:研究HG颗粒对肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis)大鼠血清羟脯氨酸(Hyp)及转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)含量的影响。方法:大鼠皮下注射CCl4,同时给予高脂饲料和20%乙醇喂养建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,分别予HG颗粒、复方鳖甲软肝片灌胃治疗。对照观察两药物对肝纤维化模型大鼠血清Hyp及TGFβ1含量的影响。结果:肝纤维化模型大鼠血清Hyp及TGFβ1含量均明显增高。HG颗粒治疗后有明显缓解,综合疗效优于阳性药物对照组。结论:HG颗粒对CCl4复合因素所致肝纤维化模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用。Objective To explore the effects of HG Keli on Hyb and TGFβ1 in the blood of kiP models rats, Methods Established kiP model rats were induced hypodermicly by injected carbon tetrar-chloride, at the same time feed with the high fat feed and 20% ethyl alcohol, Trended the HP rats with HG Keli and FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablets respectivly through tube feeding. Obseved the contents of of Hyb and TGFβ1 in the blood. Results Contents of Hyb and TGFβ1 in the blood of model rats were significantly higher than the normal group. After the therpy of HG Keli, the Contents of Hyb and TGFβ1 in the blood decreased markedly, the comprehensive action of HG Keli was better than that of modem medicine. Conclusion These results suggested that HG Keli can effectively cure kiP model rats induced by carbon tetrar-chloride compounded other factors.
