益气补血汤临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:通过益气补血汤对血细胞(红细胞、白细胞、血小板)减少的临床应用,掌握其对各类病症的临床疗效,从而进一步确定治疗方案。方法:160例患者均服益气补血汤治疗,观察其临床疗效及治疗前后血细胞变化。结果:益气补血汤对白细胞减少症、粒细胞缺乏症有效率在90%以上,白细胞提升明显;对慢性再生障碍性贫血、血小板减少症慢性型、外伤后失血性贫血、胃大部切除术后因子缺乏引起贫血、食管癌、胃癌化疗后引起的全血细胞减少有效率≥71.9%,白细胞提升较明显;对急性再生障碍性贫血、骨髓异常增生综合征、原发性血小板减少症急性型疗效较差,以升红细胞作用较大,其次是粒细胞和血小板。结论:益气补血汤对气血两虚症,如再生障碍性贫血慢性型,原发性血小板减少症慢性型、粒细胞缺乏症,以及食管癌、胃癌化疗后引起的白细胞减少症均有明显疗效,可在临床推广应用。Objective： To approach the effect of tonifying qi and nourishing blood decoction on treating hypocytosis. Method： 160 patients with hypocytosis treated in tonifying qi and nourishing blood decoction and checked the change of blood cells before and after treatment. Result： The leucocytes were become higher in the leucopenia and agranulemia patients in tonifying qi and nourishing blood decoction and erythrocytes and granular leukocytes and platelets were become higher in the chronic aplastic anemia, chronic thrombopenia, blood loss anemia after injury, anaemia after subtotal gastrectomy, myelodysplastic syndrome and acute thrombopenia essentialis. Conclusion： Tonifying qi and nourishing blood decoction had the function to treat the deficiency of both qi and blood in aplastic anemia, chronic thrombopenia, agranulemia and leucopenia after esophageal carcinoma and stomach cancer after chemotherapy.
