浓茶冲调如意金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨浓茶冲调如意金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效。【方法】随机将60例静脉炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用浓茶冲调如意金黄散成糊状,外敷于静脉炎处,对照组30例采用50%硫酸镁外敷于静脉炎处。【结果】两组的显效率、总有效率分别为治疗组86.67%和96.67%;对照组20.00%和80.00%,经χ2检验,P<0.05,表明两组患者的显效率、总有效率的差别均有显著性差异。【结论】应用浓茶冲调如意金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎明显优于50%硫酸镁外敷。[Objective] To evaluate the treatment of phlebitis by Ruyijinhuang powder mixed with dense tea. [Methods] A total of 60 cases of phlebitis were divided into the experimental group and control group at random. In the experimental group, 30 patients with phlebitis received treatment of Ruyijihuang powder mixed with dense tea. In control group, 30 patients received treatment by using 50% magnesium sulphate. [Results] The marked efficient rate and total effective rate were 86.67 % and 96.67 % in experimental group and 20.00% and 80.00% in control group. There was significant difference statistically （ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Treatment of phlebitis by applying Ruyijinhuang powder mixed with dense tea is better than that by applying 50% magnesium sulphate.
