摘  要:研究了地聚物胶凝材料的制备工艺,包括不同产地的高岭土、水玻璃模数、煅烧温度、碱含量等对该胶凝材料性能的影响规律;采用X射线分析了高岭土经热处理后主要的矿物型式。研究的结果是王村高岭土经800~900℃煅烧2h活性最好,制得的胶凝材料28d抗压强度达到74MPa。水玻璃模数为1.3、碱含量为6%-8%时,胶凝材料各龄期的抗压强度较高、凝结时间正常。The investigation was carried on prepared process of geopolymer cementitious material in this paper. Resuits of properties of geopolymer cementitious material that varied with water glass modulus, the calcined temperature, alkali content were obtained. Kaolinite and quartz appeared in pianlinite analysed by means of XRD, but amerphous silica and aluminate was the main composition when wang village kaolinite calcined at 800 -900 ℃ for 2 h. The activation of pianlinite that came from the wang village kaolinite calcined at 800 -900℃ for 2 h was higher, because the compressive strength of cementitious material prepared by it got to 74.10MPa at age of 28 days. The compressive strength at each curing age was higher and setting time was normal for cementitious material when water glass modulus was by 1.3 and alkali concentration was range from 6 to 8 wt% in pianlinite.
