洋水仙离体组织培养快速繁育技术的研究

摘　　要：以洋水仙品种Pink Charm为试验材料,研究了洋水仙的组织培养技术,优选出最佳的芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,继代培养基MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L。The young leaves of Narcissus L. cv. Pink Charm were cultured in vitro to develop rapid propagation technology. The experimental result showed that the optimal medium was MS ＋ 6-BA 2. 0 mg/L ＋ NAA 1.0 mg/L for differentiation of rosette buds, MS ＋ 6-BA 1.5 mg/L ＋ NAA 1.0 mg/L for proliferation, 1/2 MS ＋ 6-BA 0. 2 mg/L ＋ NAA 0. 5 mg/L for induction of roots.
