摘 要:传统的超声多普勒仪器采用高通滤波器来滤除管壁博动带来的干扰,但也同时滤除了低速血流信号。为了克服这一缺陷,文章介绍了近期提出的样条重建、主元分析、自适应滤波、小波变换等分离血流与管壁多普勒信号的方法,并通过计算机仿真实验比较了它们的分离性能。结果表明:样条重建与自适应滤波具有较好的分离效果,能在滤除管壁信号的同时最大程度地保留低速血流信号,有望成为分离血流和管壁信号的有效手段。In the conventional Doppler ultrasound instruments, a high-pass filter is usually used to remove the wall clutter signal. However, the low-velocity blood signal is also removed. To overcome this limit, recently proposed methods based on the spline reconstruction, the principle component analysis, the adaptive filtering and the wavelet transform are firstly presented. Computer simulation experiments are done to compare these methods' performance. The result shows that methods incorporating the spline reconstruction and the adaptive filtering perform better than the rest ones. They remove the wall clutter signal without considerable loss of low-velocity blood signals and may be regarded as effective methods in the separation of the wall clutter and Doppler blood signals.
