旅游资源非优区的旅游开发研究——以全椒县为例

摘　　要：本文对国内旅游资源非优区的研究状况进行了简单综述,以全椒县为实证研究对象,从类型效应、集聚效应和强度效应三方面分析了全椒县旅游资源非优区的表现,从资源潜力、交通区位和市场区位三方面进行资源开发的可行性分析,并提出了旅游开发策略:优化大环境,培育旅游吸引因素、开发专题研究、定位旅游形象、开发“龙头”景区、加强区域旅游协作.With reference to the general study of the non- optimal domestic tourism districts, based on the onthe-spot investigation of tourism resources of Quanjiao county, the non-optimal situation in Quanjiao is analyzed in terms of the effects of type, concentration and intensity and its feasibility of the tourism resources exploitation is analyzed in terms of the resources potential, the transportation distribution and the market distribution, and meanwhile some counterpart strategies are put forward--optimizing the whole environment, encouraging attractive factors of tourism, implementing investigations of special topics, orientating to the tourism image, developing the leading scenic areas, exploiting in a moderate way and strengthening the cooperation of the inner tourism regions.
