摘 要:目的:应用ADBF超声技术(angle-independent dual-beam flow ultrasound technology)设备对脑动脉瘤(aneurysm,AN)和脑动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformation,AVM)的颈内动脉(internal carotidartery,ICA)颅外段血流量(blood flow volume,BFV)变化进行研究。材料和方法:对华山医院神经外科收治的20例AN破裂致蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid he morrhage,SAH)及16例AVM做ICA颅外段BFV测定,分析其结果。结果:①AN破裂致SAH后1d、3d、7d、12d BFV测定值的差别有高度统计学意义,出血后第7天对出血的不同处理方法间的测定值差别有统计学意义;②大于5cm的AVM和对照组的测定值差别有高度统计学意义,治疗前后测定值的差别有统计学意义。结论:ADBF超声技术通过测定ICA颅外段BFV,可以评价脑AN和AVM的血流变化,具有一定的临床应用价值。Purpose: To study the applicability of Quantix/ ND system based upon ADBF(angle - inde- pendent dual - beam flow ultrasound) technology in evaluating BFV(blood flow volume) changes of the extracranial segment of ICA(internal carotid artery) in aneurysm and AVM(arteriovenous malformation) . Materials and Methods: 20 cases suffered from SAH(subarachnoid hemorrhage) after aneurysm rupture and 16 cases suffered from AVM admited to neurosurgery department of Huashan hospital were investigated by making the measurements of the BFV of the extracranial segment of ICA . Results:①To the patients suffered from aneurysm rupture induced SAH, the data recorded at the day1, day3, day7, day12 after bleeding showed significant statistical difference when compared with one another, and the data recorded at the day7 from the cases who had been dealed with different methods showed statistical difference. ②The data recorded before treatment of AVM larger than 5cm showed statistical difference when compared to that of control group and to the data recorded after treatment. Conclusion: ADBF technology could assess abnormal changes of blood flow in aneurysm and AVM by making the measurements of the BFV of the extracranial segment of ICA, so it had considerable clinical value.
