摘  要:研究重金属铊对白菜种子萌发过程及幼苗叶绿素及可溶性糖等生理指标的影响.结果表明:在Tl+浓度0.01~2.00 mg/L范围内,铊胁迫并未对白菜种子发芽率和发芽势产生显著影响;白菜胚根在Tl+浓度0.50~2.00 mg/L时生长受到显著抑制,表现为随培养时间延长胚根伸长减缓.但胚轴的长度受铊浓度及培养时间的影响不大;白菜叶绿素的合成在铊浓度为1.00mg/L时有促进作用,但当浓度升高至2.00 mg/L时,又表现为明显抑制;铊胁迫对可溶性糖的形成和积累具有明显的抑制效应.The effects of Thallium at different concentration(0.01 -2.00 mg/L) were studied on seed germination, root length, content of chlorophyll, and soluble sugar of Pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L. ). The results showed that the concentration of Thallium at 0.01 - 2.00 mg/L had no remarkable influence on the seed germination of Pakchoi, but the concentration at 0.50 - 2.00 mg/L had significant inhibitory effects on the seed roots, which would be weak gradually. Along with the increase of the Thallium concentration, the content of chlorophyll of Pakchoi was stimulated at 1.00 mg/L level,however,It was restrained at 2.00 mg/L level. At the same time, the content of soluble sugar declined.
