摘 要:研究表明,同包浇铸的厚薄不均的复杂件,很难兼顾厚薄壁都有良好的球化效果。大断面球铁中的碎块状石墨,也常见于球铁件的厚大热节中,而且更难消除。本研究获得的稀土为主的微量元素涂料可有效地消除热节部位的石墨畸变,确保铸件的组织均一;与使用冷铁相比,工艺更为简便,适用性也更广;可避免回炉料污染等危害;降低成本。Studies have shown that it is difficult to have a uniformly good sphericity for the graphite in the walls of different thickness in a complicate--shaped ductile iron casting. Graphite chunks also often exist in the heat joints of a ductile iron cast and are difficult to eliminate. The trace element coating found in this research can effectively eliminate the shape distortion of the graphite in the heat joints, ensuring the structure uniformity of the casting. Compared to chilled casting, using the trace element coating is simpler in the manufacturing process and has broader applications. This method can reduce the financial and environmental cost from the scrap.
