摘 要:研制了稀土催化型聚氯化硫酸铁(RE—PFSC)絮凝剂,当稀土硝酸盐/PFSC=1.2%~2.2%时,絮体生成快,颗粒密度大,沉降速度快,COD去除率高,处理印染废水效果优于PFSC。通过聚合氯化硫酸铁(PFSC)与RE-PFSC的形貌解析与比较,导出了结构与絮凝能力的相互关系,提出了RE-PFSC的形成机理,指出增大聚合度是进一步提高其絮凝能力的关键所在。Flocculant of poly--ferric sulfate chloride polymerized by rare earth nitrates (RE--PFSC) catalyst was studied, and proved to produce high density floccules growing,make sludge deposit quickly and possess high COD removal rate, so that it is seen to be more effective for the disposal of dying waste water than PFSC. The optimum process for preparing the RE--PFSC is defined as rare earth nitrates/PFSC= 1.2%~2.2%. And each correlativity of configuration with capacity of aggregating sludge was respectively educed through analysis and comparison of configurations of them. Finally, a prediction was put forward that it should be the key for development of the RE--PFSC agglomerating capacity to manage to increase its degree of polymerization.
