摘 要:目的确定去痴灵胶囊中脂溶性有效成分的提取路线并优化工艺参数。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法,以五味子醇甲含量为指标,对萃取温度、萃取压力和CO2流量等影响因素进行考察。结果萃取压力对五味子醇甲含量的影响具有显著性意义,萃取温度和CO2流量的影响无显著性意义。结论采用超临界CO2萃取法萃取去痴灵胶囊中脂溶性有效成分的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力15MPa,萃取温度45℃,CO2流量为25L/h。Objective To determine the method for extracting the liposoluble active principles from Quchiling Capsules and optimize the technique parameters. Method The supercriticle CO2 extraction was used and schisandrin content was taken as the index to test some action factors, such as temperature, pressure and COs flow rate. Result The influence of pressure on schisandrin content was significant, while the temperature and CO2 flow rate were not significant. Conclusion The best technique in supercriticle CO2 extraction for extracting liposoluble active principles from Quchiling Capsules is that the pressure is 15 MPa, temperature is 45℃ and flow rate is 25 L/h.
