摘　　要：超临界流体(SCF)技术是当前国际高科技研究的前沿与热点领域。概括介绍了SCF技术及其应用范围,重点阐述了超临界流体萃取(SFE)技术在中药与天然产物加工中的应用,超临界微粒化技术用于材料制备,以及超临界条件下的化学反应在能源和环保领域中的应用等,并分析了技术开发中的问题,展望了SCF技术的应用前景。The supercritical fluid （SCF） technology has become a very hot topic in the field of high technology of the world. In this paper, the application of supercritical fluid extraction in processing traditional Chinese medicines and natural products is firstly introduced. Application of particle formation in material processing and chemical reaction under supercritical conditions in energy and environmental protection is also discussed. The problems and the prospect in commercial development of supercritical fluid processing technology are also presented.
