摘  要:针对西安地区既有建筑的节能改造问题,采用能耗分析软件—eQUEST对采用不同类型墙体、玻璃类型及有无外遮阳情况下的能耗进行了模拟计算,并在此基础上对围护结构改造措施进行了经济性比较。计算和分析结果表明对于既有建筑应优先推广的节能措施依次为:南向增加遮阳板,采用中空双层玻璃窗,对墙体增加聚苯板保温层。Aiming at the problem of reconstructing existing buildings in Xi'an for the purpose of decreasing energy consumption, with the soft of eQUEST, the energy consumption with different types of walls, glasses and whether or not external blind shading exist were simulated. In addition, based on the simulation, an economic comparison of energy saving reconstruction with different types of envelope was presented. The results shown that the priority-ranked measures of reconstructing existing buildings were as follows, adding external blind shading to south windows, adopting insulating double glass, and appending polystyrene board to wall.
