达己苏在上消化道内镜操作前的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察达己苏在上消化道内镜操作前咽部麻醉效果。方法1 000例入选患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组操作前吞服达己苏胶浆,对照组操作前用2%地卡因溶液咽部喷雾。结果1 000例入选者均顺利完成观察,试验组500例患者中反应轻者463例,反应重者37例,咽部麻醉效果优良率为92.6%;对照组500例中反应轻者为417例,反应重者83例,咽部麻醉优良率为83.4%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论上消化道内镜操作前应用达己苏咽部麻醉效果良好,未发现不良反应,操作安全,使用方便,值得推广。Objective To observe the local anesthesia effect of dajisu plasmagel （DP） in before detection of endoscope. Methods 1000 cases of such patient were divided into test group and control group randomly. The test group was taken DP orally and control group was treated with 2% dicaine spray at laryngeal. Results All cases had finished detection. There were 463 cases slight reaction and 37 cases severe reaction in test group with excellent anesthesia effect rate 92.6%. There were 417 cases slight reaction and 83 cases severe reaction in control group with excellent anesthesia effect rate 83.4%. There was significant difference between two groups P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The DP might have good anesthesia effect before endoscope detection with less side effect, safe and easy.
