舒血宁注射液配合云克治疗强直性脊柱炎65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒血宁注射液配合云克对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法选择确诊强直性脊柱炎65例,随机分成A组25例、B组20例、C组20例。A组用舒血宁5 mL加到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静点,1次/d;云克15 mg加0.9%盐水250 mL中静点,1次/d。B组单用云克。C组单用舒血宁。3组均用药25 d为1疗程。观察血沉、C反应蛋白、HLA-B27、临床症状、脊柱运动度等指标。结果A组显效4例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率96%;B组显效9例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率75%;C组显效0例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率12%。结论舒血宁注射液联合云克治疗强直性脊柱炎,对改善疼痛指数、关节功能运动指数、血沉及C-反应蛋白明显优于单独应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect of ankylosing spandylitis （AS） treated with Shexuening injection and yunke, Methods 65 eases of AS patient were divided into group A of 25 eases, group B of 20 eases and group C of 20 eases. Group A was treated with 5 mg shuxuening injection and 15mg yunke injection per day. Group B was treated with only 5 mg shuxuening only and group C was treated with yunke only. 25 day was as a course. The ESR, C- reaction protein, HLA- B27, clinical symptoms and motion degree of spine were observed. Results There were 4 excellent, 10 eases good, and I non- effeefives with total effective rate 96% in group A. There were 0 excellent, 12 cases good, and 8 non- effeetives with total effective rate 12 % in group B. There were 9 excellent, 6 eases good, and 5 non- offectives with total effective rate 75% in group C. Conclusion The combination therapy for AS might improve pain index, joint function, ESR and c - reaction protein that might be better than single use.
