摘　　要：虚假档案的产生与利用者的私欲意识和提供者的职业道德索质有密切关系;虚假档案严重影响档案工作的正常开展、影响领导者的正确决策、扰乱社会秩序;把住收集、归档关,提高档案队伍素质,强化档案法制建设,能有效防止虚假档案的产生。False files is caused by user＇ s selfish idea, provider＇ s negligence of his duty and their weak idea of the legal system of the society. Its appearance affects seriously the normal work of files, influence the correct decision of the leaders and disturb the public order. To strengthen the legal construction of files, enhance the professional quality of the filing clerks, check on the collection and the file - these are effective ways to prevent and eradicate false files.
