摘 要:应用兔肺泡巨噬细胞测试系统,选用细胞半数致死浓度(LC_(50))、乳酸脱氢酶活性和细胞培养液中的^(51)Cr释放量等指标,研究了GBW04104(No.4和GBW04105(No.5)两种标准铀矿样粉的细胞毒性,并与国产标准石英(Q,s)进行了比较。结果:Q,s、No.5、No.4的LC_(50)依次为0.072、0.201、0.344mg/m1;综合毒性指数(CTI)依次为1.0000、0.6093、0.3566,为定量评价粉尘样品的细胞毒性提供了初步依据。Using cultured alveolar macrophages of rabbit.LC_(50)s of cultured cells were calculated,the activity of LDH and the release of  ̄(51) Cr from prelabeled rabbit alveolar macrophages were measured.The cytotoxicities of two kinds of standard uranium ore dusts ( No.4 and 5 ) were studied and compared with Chinese standard quartz(0.3). The results showed that the LC_(50)s of Q.s,No. 5 and No.4 were 0.072mg/m1,0.201mg/m1, and 0.344 mg/ml respectively. Composite toxicity indexes were1.0000, 0.6093 and 0.3566. Through this study, primary method was established for quantitative assessment of cytotoxicity of dust samples.
