摘 要:本文通过细胞培养分析了亚硒酸钠、二氧化硅尘对人肺腺癌细胞株SPC-A-1的作用,结果表明:(1)在培养液中加入不同剂量的亚硒酸钠,1μmo1/L对细胞株生长无影响,5μmol/L、10μmo1/L对细胞株的生长有明显抑制作用(P<0.05),40μmo1/L有明显毒性,且随着培养时间的延长,其抑制程度增加。(2)随着SiO2剂量的增加,二氧化硅尘对人肺腺癌细胞株生长的影响越大。生理盐水对细胞株生长无影响。Relations between silica dust and sodium selenite and SPC-A-1 vitro culture were analyzed.The results showed that the addition of different doses of sodium selenite revealed different effects.1μmol/L had no effect while 5μmol/L and 10μmol/L had distinct inhibitive effect( P< 0.05 ) . 40μmol/L had distinct toxicity. Moreover, the inhibition increased with the length of culturing time. 0.33mmol/L,0.67mmol/L and 1.33 mmol/L had accelerating effects on SPC-A-1 growth,the last two doses showed more obviously, The effects increased with the increase of silica doses,and the saline solution had no accelerating effect on SPC-A-1 growth. The results was somewhat meaningful in the study of induction of cancer by silica dust and the preventive effect of sodium selenite to lung cancer.
