论高校学报在维护学术规范中的责任

摘　　要：作为展示科学研究成果和培养科技人才的高校学报,在维护学术规范上承担着义不容辞的神圣职责,在维护学术规范上应发挥重要作用。具体包括：(1)树立依法办刊思想,把好学术规范关；(2)增强自律意识,遏制学术失范行为；(3)加强对研究生学术道德的培养；(4)建立审稿专家库,把好审稿关。As an important tool to publicize the academic achievement and educating people, the Universities＇ journals play the key and sacred role in upholding the uncompromising integrity and maintaining academic standard and ethics, which includes： （1）running journals according to law and insisting academic norm; （2） raising consciousness of self-control and forbidding academic disorganization; （3） strengthening academic morality training; （4） establishing experts storage.
