摘　　要：分析了高校科技期刊的现状与问题,认为高校传统的期刊运行模式已使得高校科技期刊难以继续获得更大的发展,要改变现状寻求新的突破,应该走专业化、集团化、网络化、法治化的道路.The paper analyzed the present conditions and problems of sci- tech periodicals in universities, thinked that the traditional circulate mode has made sei - tech periodicals in universities is hard to continue development in winning, in order to change the present condition and look for the new breakthrough, sci - tech periodicals must abide by the road of specialization, collectivization , the network, the rule of laws.
