摘　　要：本文介绍了基于Visual Studio 2005的Visual Basic 2005(简称VB.NET)进行串口程序开发的方法,它具有开发周期短、可靠性强等特点。同时给出了PC机与51单片机串行通信的应用实例,这对快速掌握最新的PC机与单片机串口通信技术有一定的参考价值。Serial-communication based on Visual Studio 2005--Visual Basic 2005（VB.NET） is introduced in the paper. With this method, the development cycle of system can be reduced and the reliability of the system can be improved. An example of serialcommunication between PC and MCS-51 is also given. The method is very useful to learners who want to learn new serialcommunication technology between PC and MCS-51.
