摘　　要：以实际的市政项目后评价工作为基础,分析目前市政项目后评价的研究现状,从评价目的、评价依据、评价内容和评价方法等方面说明市政项目后评价与一般项目后评价的区别。This article elaborates key points on a post-evaluaton project, it points out the research progress on the municipal facilities investment project＇s post-evaluaton in recent years. It analysis the differences between municipal facilities investment projects and general projects on the basis ,the content and method.
