摘　　要：小城镇是农村经济文化的中心,是连接城乡经济的纽带和城乡结合部的纽带,近年来,国家十分重视小城镇的建设和发展,把发展小城镇作为我国未来发展的重大战略之一。随着小城镇数量的增加和规模的扩大。小城镇人口必然会大幅度增多,这就对小城镇房地产的发展提供了良好的发展机遇。目前,小城镇房地产开发过程中,出现了各种问题,要结合当地实情,制定有利城镇居民购房的政策,采用恰当的开发模式,注重开发适合城镇居民的户型。Small town is the center of the country＇s economy and culture, it＇s a ligament connected with the economy and the combine department. In recent years, our country attach more importance to the development and the construction of the small town, and take it as one of our country＇s development important stratagem. With the increase in the quantity of the small town, and its scale becomes larger, so the population will be more and more, like this, it provides a good chance for the realty development. Nowadays, in the process of the realty empolder, appearing many kinds of problems, For the future, we must combine the state of the local case, constitute some advantaged policy for the town dweller＇s purchasing, adopt the proper emploder pattern, and pay attention to more proper type of flat for them.
