摘 要:最佳维修间隔期的数学模型的使用具有很大的局限性,目前许多工业企业未考虑其应用条件而广泛应用,已经造成维修的冗余和不足,甚至引起具有严重后果的故障。依据RCMⅡ理论,分析了故障后果的安全性、环境性,分析维修工作的技术可行性和经济性以后,确定数学模型的使用条件。按有效度最大原则或总费用最小原则,分别建立运用数理统计方法计算的最佳维修间隔期的数学模型;按总费用最小原则和遗传算法理论,建立应用遗传算法计算的最佳维修间隔期的数学模型。并广泛应用上述模型于实际维修工作中,比较优劣,进一步提出更准确的适用条件。The application of mathematical model of optimal maintenance interval period has quite large limitations; a lot of industrial enterprises used it broadly without considering its condition of application and already caused the redundancy and deficiency of maintenance and even led to failure with serious consequences. On the basis of RCM II theory, and after analyzing the safety-ness and environmental character of failure consequences, the technological feasibility and economic nature of maintenance work, the employing conditions of mathematical model were determined. In accordance with the principle of maximum effectiveness or the principle of minimum total cost, the mathematical model of optimal maintenance interval period being calculated by the use of mathematical statistics method was established. According to the principle of minimum total cost and theory of genetic algorithm, the mathematical model of optimal maintenance interval period being calculated by the application of genetic algorithm was established. The above stated model has been applied into the practical maintenance tasks and through the comparison on the application results of the good and the bad, the more accurate adaptable conditions can be further advanced.
