摘　　要：探讨了融和实例和知识智能设计系统的几个关键问题,实现产品的快速设计和智能设计,并支持知识的重用和保留。给出了智能设计系统的功能结构和工作流程,重点论述了系统中的知识库构建方法、实例知识的组织策略,提出了分层次描述实例的方法;给出了实例库关系模型和数据结构。并以某机械厂的斗式提升机产品族为研究对象,将数据库方法与Pro/E的参数建模法结合在系统中,建立产品知识库,不仅实现了对具有复杂结构实例的数据的表达,也同时实现了实例的三维模型表达。Several key problems of intelligent designing system that merged living example with knowledge were expounded. It realized the rapid design and intellectual design of product and supported the reuse and reservation of knowledge. The functional structure and working procedure of intelligent designing system were presented in this paper. The construc- tion method of knowledge-base of the system and the organization strategy of living example knowledge were emphatically expounded; the method for describing living example in different layers was put forward and the relationship model of living example base and data structure were presented, Taking the bucket elevator product family of certain machine factory as the target of study, this paper established the product knowledgebase by letting the method of data-base be combined with the method of parametric modeling of PRO/E in the system, thus not only achieved the expression of data that possessing complicated structural living example but also realized the expression of 3D model of the living example at the same time.
