摘  要:从河南省某猪场发病仔猪体内分离到1株病毒,该病毒能在Marc-145细胞上增殖并产生特征性的细胞病变(CPE),在Vero、PK-15细胞上不出现CPE。该病毒能被猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒阳性血清特异性地中和,用PCR反应能扩增出720 bp的特异性片段。分离病毒回归30日龄仔猪可出现高热和呼吸道症状。初步鉴定该分离株为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒。A porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) strain has been isolated from visceral organs of a dead piglet from a hogpen in Henan province. The results showed that the virus could induce cytopathogenic effect (CPE) on Marc-145 line. No CPE appears when the two isolates passaged in Vero cell line and PK cell line. Positive reaction appeared when the virus was tested using positive serum to PRRSV standard strain. The piglets were injected with the isolate and the typical clinical syndrome could be observed. A specific 720 bp long DNA fragment could be expanded using polymerase chain rection (PCR) analysis from the isolated virus RNA. 30 day old piglets took place respiratory signs and high heat after inoculated with the isolates. All of the evidences indicated that the isolated virus was porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.
